      INCOTERMS 2010 Seminar

      This weekend ICC Georgia will be running an Incoterms seminar with employees of MSC Georgia LLC and Pro Credit Bank. The seminar will be led by Incoterms expert, Ms. Irina Kitiashvili and will be based on the Incoterms 2010 publication in the Georgian language. Incoterms rules (International Commercial terms) are a series of pre-defined commercial terms published by the International Chamber of Commerce that are widely used in international commercial transactions and procurement processes.

      On Friday, May 24th, ICC Georgia will host a Business Luncheon for members. H.E. Mr. Renauld Salins, the French Ambassador to Georgia, will provide opening remarks on the current political situation in Georgia, followed by a presentation by Mr. Azim Sadikov, Resident Representative of the IMF.

      On Thursday, May 30th, ICC Georgia will be holding its annual General Assembly meeting.  All ICC Georgia members are encouraged to attend in order to vote for three open Board of Directors seats.  The venue for the event will be announced shortly.

      The International Investors Association (IIA) contacted the poverty stricken family with 7 who’s story was covered by Ajara TV air on 26th on March. Provisions, toys, stationery suppliers and a trip to McDonalds was provided as a charity by IIA.
